Cloud Engineer /Developer

Length: 6 months+ contract to hire

Location: Remote

  • 8+ years of Python development.
  • API / Microservice development from scratch.
  • 6+ years of cloud experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, at least 2 of them.
  • Experience with Cloud security, implementing Security-As-Code.
  • 6 months or more experience with AI, preferably want someone with Agentic development experience. 1 year or more will be better.

Strong Software Development experience with demonstrable proficiency in one or more languages Python(preferred), Java, PowerShell, NodeJS, AngularJS, etc
Working knowledge of infrastructure concepts and administration (Linux or Windows, DNS, Network, Firewalls, etc)
Extensive experience and advanced knowledge with one or more hyperscale cloud providers - GCP, Azure, AWS & OCI
Thorough understanding of Infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools -ex. Terraform, Cloudformation, ARM, etc.
Proficient with security concepts in general and how they apply to cloud deployments
Experience with using, supporting and securing AI / ML models, platforms/frameworks and services
Working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes orchestration
Proficient with Devops toolset & practices ( CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins, Jira, Rally, etc)
Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC
Proficient with AI code assistants
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices architecture
Experience developing / productionizing AI agents from scratch to meet business requirements
Strong experience coding with Cloud APIs and SDKs (preferably in python)
Demonstrate Security first mindset
Self-motivated, team player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt, train others
Self organized, ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Cloud Certifications (Azure, AWS,GCP, OCI) a plus
