HAYS Technology is collaborating with a leading international financial services organization on a strategic transformation initiative. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Cloud Engineer (Ansible) to join a high-impact project.
The developer will be responsible for vulnerability remediation across critical applications , with a strong focus on Java-based backend systems within ARDA and Alias platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities in Java applications
- Perform security assessments using SAST/DAST tools and dependency analysis
- Collaborate with SPG team to enhance application security practices
- Support automation initiatives (Puppet → Ansible migration)
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide production support and troubleshooting
Candidate Requirements
Security & Vulnerabilities
- Hands-on experience with:
- Vulnerability remediation
- Security patching in Java applications
- Strong knowledge of:
- OWASP Top 10
- Dependency vulnerabilities (Maven / Gradle)
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Snyk, Nexus IQ, BlackDuck, Fortify (or similar)
Backend (Java)
- Solid experience in:
- Java (Spring / Spring Boot)
- Ability to:
- Analyze and fix security issues in code
- Work with REST APIs
- Debug production issues
DevOps / Automation
- Experience with:
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)
- Git
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices
- Exposure to:
- Ansible
- Puppet (nice to have)
Systems & Scripting
- Linux / Unix administration
- Scripting with:
- Bash and/or Python
- Automation of security-related tasks
