A leading global alternative asset manager is looking for an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to join their London-based technology team on a contract basis. Day-to-day administration and monitoring of the Azure environment — subscriptions, resource groups, networking, and storage
Maintain and improve the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment, including session host management and image updates
Work with the security team on conditional access policies, Entra ID configuration, and identity hygiene — including service account audits and JIT privilege
Hands-on Azure administration experience across compute, networking, storage, and IAM
Solid understanding of network security concepts — segmentation, NSGs, private endpoints
Entra ID and conditional access configuration experience
Financial services or regulated environment experience a plus
