Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing technical support team. This role focuses on resolving complex and escalated technical incidents across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.

Beyond incident resolution, this role plays a key part in improving service quality, reducing repeat issues, documentation, and training. If you enjoy deep troubleshooting, turning experience into reusable knowledge, and raising overall service standards, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary support for Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, networking, storage, and security.

  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.

  • Perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate with senior engineers for complex incidents.

  • Analyze incident to identify recurring issues, process gaps, or training needs.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to enhance tools, monitoring, and support workflows.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on IT support experience.

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure in hybrid or cloud‑first environments.

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) with troubleshooting capability.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, identity, monitoring).

  • Certified in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure will be an advantage.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
