Role Description We are Hiring at multiple roles. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Cloud WMS Implementation Consultant( functional ) and WMS implementation Manager and senior managers. These roles involves leading end-to-end implementation of cloud-based Warehouse Management Systems, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand business processes, map requirements to system capabilities, and recommend best practices for warehouse and logistics operations. Daily responsibilities include preparing functional and technical documentation, coordinating with development teams for integrations, conducting user training, and supporting change management activities. The role also involves monitoring post-implementation performance, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and templates.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex warehouse processes, interpret data, and propose effective WMS solutions.
- Experience in software implementation, preferably in Cloud WMS or related supply chain/warehouse systems, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, requirement workshops, documentation, and user training.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to manage expectations, handle escalations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Hands-on exposure to WMS platforms (Infor WMS, Oracle WMS, or similar) and understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant certifications in WMS, cloud, or supply chain are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site with client teams, manage multiple projects or workstreams, and collaborate in cross-functional, global environments.
