- Configured and maintained CMDB with accurate CI (Configuration Item) classification and relationships
- Implemented ServiceNow Discovery to automate infrastructure data population
- Worked on ITOM Event Management to monitor system alerts and reduce incident response time
- Integrated external monitoring tools with ServiceNow for real-time alert generation
- Ensured data accuracy and consistency through CMDB data normalization
- Created dashboards and reports for infrastructure monitoring and performance tracking
- Automated routine operational tasks using ServiceNow workflows
- Supported incident and problem management by providing accurate CI data
- Improved system visibility and operational efficiency using ITOM solutions
