We're looking for a battle-ready Manufacturing Engineer (CNC Operations) who thrives in the chaos of high-volume precision machining. You'll own CNC process development, path planning, and tool optimization across a fleet of multi-axis machinesengineering components that defend the U.S. homeland with precision measured in microns. If you can plan complex toolpaths, tune feeds and speeds by instinct, and make machines sing under pressure, we want you in the fight.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years in CNC machining environments with proven high-volume production optimization.
Technical Skills:
Work Style: Hands-on, detail-obsessed, and relentless in pursuit of efficiency.
Soft Skills: Analytical thinker; collaborative under pressure; strong communicator on the shop floor.
Preferred Qualifications
Okuma control experience (a plus).
Exposure to integrated robotics and automated machining cells.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP and DNC systems.
Background in defense, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing (preferred but not required).
Work Environment
You'll be embedded in our CNC operations centersurrounded by high-speed machining, robotics integration, and a team obsessed with operational excellence. Some travel may be required for supplier qualification and equipment commissioning.
