Insight Global is seeking a Tooling Methods Agent to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- - Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production teams in resolving machining challenges.
- - Recommend and implement tooling solutions to maintain production output.
- - Provide technical support to operators, planners, and manufacturing teams.
- - Support tooling-related nonconformities, drawing updates, and technical corrections.
- - Collaborate on new part introductions and manufacturing process improvements.
- - Define tooling parameters, tool life, salvage limits, and cutting conditions.
- Initiate procurement of tooling packages for new machine setups.
