We are looking for a CNC Programming Engineer for wood and acrylic cutting equipment at our furniture manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities :
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machinery and equipment.
- Generate CNC programs using G-Code for wood cutting equipment, developing samples and validating their functionality.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in assembly and manufacturing processes, implementing changes to optimize process stability and control.
- Design and modify parts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD according to production requirements.
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to select appropriate equipment, accessories, and required materials.
- Lead the startup of new projects , coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring resource availability to meet scheduled deliveries.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department in the design and development of fixtures and equipment to enhance safety, ergonomics, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing processes.
- Monitor the introduction of new models (NPI), processes, and materials .
- Document and update product improvements and changes, including manuals, visual aids, flow diagrams, and procedures.
- Conduct capacity studies, production line balancing, and process standardization .
- Generate purchase requisitions for spare parts, consumables, and services, seeking cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements :
- Experience in G-Code for wood and acrylic CNC cutting equipment .
- Knowledge of MS Office, Minitab, or statistical Excel .
- Advanced English proficiency .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks at an advanced level.
- U.S. visa (preferred) for visits to the United States.
Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
