About The Role

We are looking for a skilled No-Code/Low-Code Developer to join our team and lead the development of internal tools and external solutions for our Venture Studio and for our clients. You will play a crucial role in building automated workflows, integrating platforms, and optimizing business processes using no-code/low-code technologies. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing media company and shape its technology capabilities from the ground up, and of course, share the success together.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Design, develop, and maintain no-code/low-code applications for internal use and client-facing solutions.
  
• Automate workflows and integrate third-party platforms using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Airtable, N8N, Make, HubSpot, and others.
  
• Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into functional applications.
  
• Optimize and refine existing no-code/low-code processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for no-code/low-code implementations.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 
  
• Some experience in no-code/low-code development, ideally in a professional setting.
  
• Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, Airtable, N8N, Make, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  
• Experience in workflow automation and API integrations.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
• Preferred: background in content creation, media, or digital publishing.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small, agile team.
  
• Time zone preference: ability to work with at least 4-5 hours overlap with European working hours.
