Project entitled “IoT System supported by monitoring and predictive models equipped with AI useful for telemedicine, remote monitoring, and teleassistance in cardiac patients - aThena”, CUP B89I223001700007 - Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy - Sustainable Growth Fund FCS - Innovation Agreements DM 31.12.2021. The candidate will carry out activities supporting the study, design, implementation, and characterization of an optical reader for home use, based on colorimetric and/or fluorescence measurements, for the automatic reading of biosensor platforms based on lateral flow immunoassay (LFI). The objective is to make the analyses (typically qualitative) performed using LFI platforms quantitative. The optical reader, once developed, will be used for the detection of biomarkers of cardiocirculatory diseases.
