GenZCoderBuddy | Performance-Based → Full-Time Opportunity
GenZCoderBuddy is looking for skilled and passionate instructors who can teach practical, industry-relevant skills in Coding, AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies .
This role starts on a batch-based compensation model , with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position after successfully completing 2–3 batches and demonstrating strong teaching performance.

What You‘ll Do
- Conduct live online classes for assigned student batches.
- Teach practical concepts in Coding, AI, GenAI, and related technologies.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Conduct hands-on coding exercises, projects, and demonstrations.
- Guide students through real-world projects.
- Resolve student doubts and provide technical guidance.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a high-quality learning experience for every student.
- Follow the curriculum while bringing your own practical industry experience into the classroom.

You don‘t need to be an expert in everything. Strong expertise in one or more areas is enough.
Days: Monday – Friday
Minimum commitment: 4 hours per day
Mode: Remote / Online
This is a regular teaching commitment , not an occasional teaching assignment. Please apply only if you can consistently commit to the required schedule.
During the initial phase, instructors are paid per batch based on the number of students .
Your compensation will depend on the assigned batch and student count.
This allows both you and GenZCoderBuddy to evaluate the working relationship and teaching quality before moving into a long-term role.
