Key Responsibilities
Drive original innovation and system-level simulation for 5G-A/6G physical layer algorithms, defining the evolution roadmap of future air interfaces.
Lead 3GPP R18/R19/R20 contributions, establishing global patent barriers through technical excellence.
Collaborate closely with NPU/DSP teams to design neural network accelerator instruction sets and operator libraries tailored specifically for wireless scenarios.
Mentoring teams to achieve peak performance under strict constraints of power, area, and latency.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Telecommunications/Electronics, or Master’s with 8+ years of core algorithm experience in top‑tier tech firms. Publications in top journals/conferences are highly valued.
Deep expertise in 3GPP protocols; prior contributions to R17+ releases are a strong plus. Proven technical leadership is essential.
Proficient in C/C++ and MATLAB/Python simulation, with exceptional ability in engineering realization and team empowerment.
