Communications & Program Associate
The Communications & Program Associate plays a central role in supporting Na'aleh's communications, programs, and organizational effectiveness. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, this position coordinates communications across digital and print platforms, supports the successful implementation of Na'aleh's leadership programs and learning experiences, and provides project management and administrative support to the Executive Director and professional team.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a highly organized communicator who enjoys bringing ideas to life through strong writing, thoughtful planning, and exceptional follow-through. They are equally comfortable drafting a newsletter, supporting leadership programs, preparing board materials, or helping ensure a community event runs seamlessly.
They are dependable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow professionally. Most importantly, they are excited by the opportunity to help develop professional and volunteer leaders, strengthen organizations, and contribute to a vibrant Jewish community.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: Salary range is $53,000-$55,000; Salary is commensurate with experience.
