Position Overview

This role is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs.
  • Manage and optimize international compensation programs, including processing, support, and analysis of country‑specific considerations.
  • Assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
  • Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing compensation and stock programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and simplify complex topics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.
