Construction Program Manager 3

Join a dynamic team responsible for overseeing high-risk, non-traditional power delivery projects, including behind-the-meter natural gas fueled generation, islanded infrastructure solutions, and aggressive energization schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Energy Systems, or related technical discipline
  • 8 years of experience supporting electrical infrastructure delivery, utility coordination, or mission-critical construction projects
  • 7 years of experience in Gas power plant, Gas generation, Pipeline
  • Strong technical understanding of high voltage substations, transmission & distribution systems, utility interconnections, energization sequencing, backup generation, and BTM solutions
  • Experience managing delivery risks for large infrastructure or datacenter projects
  • Datacenter delivery experience
  • Experience with lease provider coordination and MSFT Exhibit F technical requirements
  • Familiarity with utility outage management and RCA processes
  • Experience supporting AI or accelerated delivery programs
  • Experience working with hyperscale datacenter infrastructure
  • Experience coordinating across utilities, contractors, developers, and operations teams
  • Strong communication and escalation management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple technically complex projects simultaneously
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Datacenter delivery experience
  • Experience with lease provider coordination and MSFT Exhibit F technical requirements
  • Familiarity with utility outage management and RCA processes
  • Experience supporting AI or accelerated delivery programs
  • Experience working with hyperscale datacenter infrastructure
  • PE, PMP, or similar industry certifications preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, control, and report energy delivery risks across active AMER lease projects
  • Proactively identify power delivery risks, schedule delays, and critical path impacts
  • Maintain structured risk registers, issue logs, and escalation tracking
  • Provide oversight of energy milestone tracking for leased datacenter projects
  • Coordinate with natural gas and power providers and lessors
  • Support construction ROBs and escalation forums for critical projects
  • Serve as a key technical coordination point between internal stakeholders and external lease providers/utilities
  • Ensure compliance with Exhibit F obligations and lease-related technical requirements
  • Produce recurring readiness reports, risk summaries, and executive-level escalation materials
