This role is embedded within the client's Program Management Office and serves as a coordination and delivery support function across active construction and infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on a national pavement assessment program for a major retail client.You will work directly with program managers, project owners, and field teams in a fully remote environment, where responsiveness, accuracy, and proactive follow-through are essential.
This role blends technical scoring and analysis with day-to-day program coordination and executive-facing communication.
It is ideal for someone with a background in construction project coordination who thrives in a structured, fast-paced setting and takes ownership of deliverables without needing constant direction.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update project tracking reports, dashboards, and status documentation across active programsLearn and apply industry-standard (ASTM) methods for rating pavement condition, including PCI scoring methodology and distress typesUse AI-supported workflows to generate and validate pavement condition scores from field scan dataCoordinate schedules and deliverables directly with field survey teamsMonitor project timelines, milestones, and action items — flagging delays and following up with responsible partiesOwn zone creation and weighting in mapping/scoring tools alongside the Project CoordinatorKeep internal data platforms current; drive timely updates from teams and stakeholdersPrepare and distribute weekly and monthly status reports for program leadershipSupport risk tracking and issue log management, ensuring items are documented and escalated appropriatelyAssist with meeting preparation, agenda creation, and post-meeting action item follow-upPrioritize the annual location pipeline using scoring data and prior findingsSupport onboarding of new projects into the PMO framework as neededAssist the PMO and Business Development team on new opportunities and sales presentationsBuild clear documents and leadership-ready slide decks; present findings and program updates to client and internal stakeholdersQualifications2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or program administration — construction or infrastructure sector strongly preferredProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Quickbase, Smartsheet, or equivalent)Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking; PowerPoint for executive-facing materialsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyComfortable working independently in a remote, async-friendly environmentExperience with cross-functional coordination and vendor communication preferredComfortable moving between hands-on technical review and leadership-level communication
