Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Consultant / Tech Analyst with strong expertise in Java, Angular, and modern web architectures to join our growing team. About the Role
As a Tech Analyst, you will play a critical role across the consulting lifecycle—from problem definition to solution design and implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide development teams, and ensure delivery of robust, scalable, and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business vision, strategy, and project roadmaps
- Gather, analyze, and refine functional & non-functional requirements
- Translate requirements into scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
- Provide high-level estimates and solution approaches
- Break down large requirements into structured, deliverable features
- Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of implementation with defined architecture
- Manage dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Contribute to RFPs and proposal development
- Create clear documentation for technical and business audiences
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in software development
- 5+ years in Java Microservices & REST/GraphQL APIs (Must Have)
- 5+ years in Angular development (Must Have)
- Strong experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (Must Have)
- Hands-on with CI/CD, DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Experience in solution design, system architecture, and documentation
- Exposure to E-commerce or Telecom domains (preferred)
- CMS knowledge is a plus
Bonus / Must-Have Edge
- Hands-on experience in AI / Agentic AI solutions
