Using AI tools and agents to help assess current state processes, design future state models, and identify gaps. Implementing enterprise-wide cloud and application transformations to drive business growth and value with lasting impact. Deploying advanced data analytics platforms that enable actionable insights and smarter decision making. Integrating digital tools seamlessly to enable unified, future-ready ecosystems. Use AI tools to build prompts, skills and workflow enhancements that improve process design and execution. Conduct current state assessments, future state process design, gap analysis, workflow optimization, testing, and performance measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver innovative, client-centric technology solutions across packages and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, and ServiceNow. Leverage data-driven insights and technical expertise to enable successful, sustainable business transformation. Drive user adoption and change management, ensuring technology investments align with client business objectives.
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors or a related/equivalent program: Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations, Human Resources. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.3 cumulative GPA preferred). Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
