Consumer Marketing Manager
The Consumer Marketing Manager role is central to building and leading the strategic plans to drive subscriber acquisition, increase engagement, and mitigate churn for The Daytona Beach News-Journal in Daytona Beach, FL, and The Greenville News in Greenville, SC. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of the market, collaborate with the news team on content marketing plans, work with various teams to execute the plan, and communicate results to the news teams and the corporate teams. This position will also be a key member of the local leadership team, partnering, collaborating, and supporting cross-division initiatives to drive growth. Additionally, the Manager will leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. They will also play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities for subscriber growth and retention while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Base Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/annually
Must be able to work in the Daytona Beach News-Journal office in Daytona Beach, FL 50% of the time or as directed by the key manager.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $80,000 and $85,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
