We are seeking a Master-level Contech Project R&D Engineer to join our technical team. This role focuses on construction site safety technology research and product development, including safety risk early warning, intelligent site monitoring, safety standardization and accident prevention technologies. You will oversee full-cycle safety R&D projects, resolve on-site safety technical problems, optimize intelligent safety management solutions, and promote technical innovation and practical application in construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional research on construction site safety, track industry advanced safety technologies and trends, analyze market pain points, and complete feasibility analysis and research reports.
Carry out R&D of construction site safety technologies and intelligent safety management products, complete scheme design, development, testing and optimization, and solve core on-site safety technical problems.
Formulate R&D test standards and safety specifications, record experimental data, and deliver standardized technical reports and project documents.
Cooperate with engineering and safety management teams to complete trial application, on-site debugging and effect verification of safety R&D achievements, ensuring compliance with national construction safety standards.
Sort out technical innovation points, participate in patent layout and scientific research project declaration, and accumulate core safety technical reserves for the company.
Follow up the update of national construction safety policies and specifications, and continuously optimize R&D schemes to improve the practicality of safety technologies.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Safety Engineering, Safety Science and Engineering, Intelligent Construction or related majors.
3-5 years of construction site safety technology R&D experience.
Familiar with national construction safety codes and on-site safety management systems, with independent safety R&D and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in conventional R&D design and data analysis tools, capable of independent scheme design and experimental verification.
Possess good logical thinking, technical writing and cross-departmental communication skills, able to advance projects independently.
Rigorous, innovative and team-oriented, able to work under project pressure.
Candidates with intelligent construction safety system R&D experience or relevant patents are preferred
