We have an exciting opportunity to join the Content team at Witailer.
If you are passionate about e-commerce, digital content, and strategic optimization, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on our clients’ brand performance. As our new Content Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating both operational and strategic content activities, ensuring alignment between goals and deliverables.
You will also be responsible for upholding our quality standards and building a relationship based on trust with our clients.
The Role You Will Play
- Content Coordination and Optimization: You will oversee the execution of content-related tasks, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to SEO strategies that drive visibility and conversion.
- Strategic Support and Process Improvement: You will contribute to defining and refining workflows and processes, helping the team and the manager identify efficiency improvements and growth opportunities.
- Brand Positioning and Visibility: You will develop and implement effective content strategies that strengthen the positioning, voice, and conversion potential of leading multinational brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze project KPI and SEO performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement, connecting data analysis to strategic decisions.
- Team and Client Collaboration: You will act as a liaison between operational teams and project management, supporting communication with clients, prioritization of tasks, and troubleshooting challenges with a proactive and consultative approach.
- Knowledge Sharing and Quality Assurance: You will promote best practices and ensure high standards of delivery across content operations, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements To excel in this role, we believe you should possess the following characteristics:
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and support both internal and client-facing relationships.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO principles, content management systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, Office Suite).
- Experience with marketplace content optimization tools is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs, link data to actionable insights, and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Autonomy and Organization: Proven ability to manage processes independently, monitor progress, and deliver on deadlines with accuracy and consistency in a dynamic environment.
- Initiative and Strategic Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions, with the capacity to bridge operational execution and strategic objectives.
- Passion for E-commerce and Growth: Genuine interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology, with the ambition to contribute to our clients’ success and the evolution of an innovative company.

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 96/2026 on pay transparency, the Gross Annual Salary (RAL) envisaged for this position ranges between €23.000 and €28.000, determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, taking into account the position level and the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL).
The determination of the specific compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO bonuses) and additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the position.
