We are looking for an experienced Contentstack / Headless CMS Developer to join our Client LT-Mindtree team and support enterprise-grade digital experience implementations.
The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of hands‑on experience with Contentstack or comparable enterprise headless CMS platforms, with strong exposure to modern frontend, API‑first, and composable DXP architectures and habitual in working in High Proficiency for working in English Speaking Work Environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain digital experiences using Contentstack Headless CMS .
Create and manage content models, content types, entries, global fields, references, workflows, roles, and permissions .
Integrate Contentstack with frontend applications using REST APIs, GraphQL, SDKs, webhooks, and delivery/management APIs .
Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React, Next.Js, Vue.Js, or Nuxt.Js .
Develop backend services, middleware, APIs, and integrations using technologies such as Node.Js, Express, Java, .NET, or equivalent.
Work with business, UX, content, and marketing teams to translate content and experience requirements into scalable solutions.
Implement preview, localization, personalization, content publishing, and multi‑market/multi‑brand content workflows.
Integrate Contentstack with third‑party platforms such as DAM, CRM, commerce, search, analytics, and personalization tools .
Support migration from legacy CMS platforms to Contentstack, including content audit, mapping, transformation, and validation.
Implement best practices around performance, SEO, accessibility, security, and observability .
Participate in solution design, technical estimation, code reviews, deployment planning, and production support.
Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and environment management .
Required Skills and Experience
5–6 years of experience with Contentstack or enterprise headless CMS platforms, with strong hands‑on Contentstack project exposure.
Strong understanding of headless CMS, composable DXP, MACH architecture, API‑first delivery, and omnichannel content management .
Experience with Contentstack features such as:
Entries and assets
Global fields and modular blocks
References
Releases
Workflows
Roles and permissions
Webhooks
Delivery and Management APIs
Strong backend/API integration experience using Node.Js, Java, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, SDKs, and webhooks .
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and modern deployment practices .
Understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, caching, CDN, and performance optimization .
Experience working in Agile delivery teams .

Preferred Skills
Experience with modern frontend hosting platforms such as Next.Js, Vercel, Netlify, or Gatsby.
Hands‑on experience with advanced Contentstack capabilities (Live Preview, Launch, Automation Hub, Personalize, Marketplace Apps).
Integration experience with DAM, eCommerce, and Search platforms .
Experience leading or participating in CMS migration projects from platforms like AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, or Contentful.
Exposure to multi‑region, multi‑language, and multi‑brand enterprise implementations .
Knowledge of analytics and tag management tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Tealium, Segment).
Good to Have
Contentstack certification or relevant implementation experience.
Experience working with enterprise marketing, content, ecommerce, or digital experience teams.
Exposure to composable architecture involving CMS, DAM, CDP, personalization, commerce, search, and analytics .
Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices.
