IT Continuity E2E Exercise Coordinator

Mission Overview:

The IT Continuity E2E Exercise Coordinator role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for a set of activities ensuring reactivity and recovery during critical application failures.
• In collaboration with other teams, you manage and follow up end-to-end IT Continuity Exercises and Disaster Recovery Plans at both group and local levels, including producing reports after exercises.
• You act as the main contact for several tribes regarding all IT E2E Exercise topics.
• You conduct recurrent follow-ups with Tribe Resiliency and Continuity contacts to prepare E2E exercises, including identifying technical and functional validators and defining applications in scope.
• The coordination of an E2E IT Continuity exercise mainly consists of:
  • Validation of CRBs and their readiness.
  • Detailed capacity study for all infrastructure components involved within two data centers.
  • Close collaboration with different stakeholders to prepare and collect required information.
  • Planning DR exercises by identifying risks and preparing mitigation plans.
  • Helping to build the Master Run Book (MRB), collecting all actions from needed CRBs.
  • Facilitating the execution of DR exercises, including night and weekend sessions three times a year.

Work Environment:50% in-person and 50% remote work.
Required Education and Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Hard skills in one or more of the following domains: Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Cloud, Application development, Databases, Middleware.
• Soft skills: inquisitive, driven, proactive, team-oriented, quick to make connections, able to work under pressure, eager to learn and improve, responsible, and decisive.
• Languages: High proficiency in English; Dutch/French knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Service Now.
