Roessel Joy has partnered with an established manufacturing company on a new Controller opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background owning the month-end-close, working hands-on within the GL, and staff management experience. Responsibilities include managing the budgeting & forecasting processes, overseeing cash flow projections, owning the month-end-close process, working hands-on within the GL, overseeing AP/AR teams, working cross functionally to improve financial processes, and ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience, experience owning the month-end-close, and manufacturing experience is nice to have.
