About the Role
The Company is seeking a Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting, tax collection and reporting, and risk management. This includes maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements in compliance with GAAP, and leading the office staff in the monthly financial statement process. The Controller will also be involved in A/R reconciliation, sales reporting, and various other monthly financial tasks. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the annual budget process, preparing and filing all company tax returns, and ensuring the security and integrity of the company's financial records.
Applicants for the Controller position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA license preferred, or a combination of education and experience. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a high level of proficiency in financial and administrative functions.
