Senior Accounting Leader Opportunity

A high-impact opportunity for a finance professional ready to own the full accounting function across a diverse multi-asset portfolio, where your insights will influence strategy, your leadership will shape a team, and your rigor will drive performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations across a multi-asset portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to implement processes and controls that strengthen business performance
- Provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making and enhance competitive positioning
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Support asset-level strategy through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee core accounting operations, including AP, AR, treasury, collections, and monthly close processes
- Develop financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders; communicate key insights to senior leadership
- Lead or support system implementations and process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
- CPA designation or active candidacy strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership
- Background in real estate, hospitality, or multi-asset environments strongly preferred
- Proficiency with property accounting or ERP platforms; advanced Excel skills required
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
