Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Compensation: $140,000$150,000 base + discretionary bonus

Overview

We are seeking a Controller to join a growing, global manufacturing organization with approximately $150200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with the international parent company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Manage financial reporting under both GAAP and IFRS standards
• Lead SOX and international-SOX compliance, including internal controls documentation, testing, and audit coordination
• Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A
• Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
• Serve as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent company
• Drive process improvements, particularly within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• CPA certification (preferred)
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years of management experience with direct reports
• Strong background in financial reporting within a public or multinational company
• Experience with SOX/internal controls frameworks
• Exposure to IFRS reporting
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong communication with international stakeholders

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, CA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
