Key Responsibilities

Support the CFO in a variety of accounting functions, including:

  • Day-to-day accounts payable and receivable
  • Payroll processing and accuracy assurance
  • Month-end and year-end reporting and filings
  • Depositing checks and maintaining cash receipts and bank deposits
  • Preparing general ledger entries, including month-end accruals and journal entries
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by ownership


What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Stable work history
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
