About the Role
They are seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations for a high-growth, publicly traded organization with multiple subsidiaries, various business lines, and multiple ERP/GL systems.
This role is for a true owner of the accounting function—someone who organizes teams, builds scalable processes, and ensures that monthly close and internal reporting execute consistently and predictably, with the Controller independently managing day-to-day execution while partnering with VP leadership on ad hoc transactions or judgment-intensive items.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly accountable, and thrives in environments where ownership, discipline, and execution are simply core expectations. Beyond day-to-day execution, this role requires the ability to analyze outcomes, detect errors or inconsistencies, solve the problem or propose a solution, and articulate explanations with clarity. This role will report to the VP of Accounting.
