The Controller II is a senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and business partnering across Hadrian's Canadian and U.S. entities. This role ensures the integrity of financial results, strengthens internal controls, and delivers actionable insights to drive operational and commercial decision‑making.
Controller II plays a critical role in manufacturing finance, ERP optimization (JD Edwards), and cross-border compliance. This position is also part of the succession pipeline for Director Finance within 3-5 years, contingent on performance and leadership progression.
