Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
Oversee daily accounting and financial operations
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Partner with leadership to support strategic financial decision-making
Qualifications for the Controller:
Bachelors degree in Accounting
Progressive accounting and financial management experience
Prior leadership or management experience within an accounting function
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
