Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller:
Lead month-end close activities and analyze actual results against budget and forecast.
Direct forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes for the plant.
Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
Manage cost accounting processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and reporting requirements.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, financial reports, and operational analyses.
Partner with management on cost savings initiatives, process improvements, and business decisions.
Qualifications for the Plant Controller:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
Strong ERP experience, ideally Epicor.
Experience with general ledger activity, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and GAAP reporting.
Salary: Up to $135,000 (Plus Bonus)
