iubenda is seeking a hands-on Growth & CRO contributor to own the full loop of conversion optimization across our websites and product surfaces. You will design and run every test with statistical rigor, build and maintain tracking (Amplitude or similar), and turn data into clear recommendations that impact revenue.You will collaborate with the Monetization Principal, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Leadership, reporting to the Director of Growth.
