Position Summary
Develop and coordinate professional and short-term career training programs in collaboration with other division coordinators, credit divisions, and external partners.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Develop professional and short-term career training options
Research and provide input on new training programs and services to serve customers
Maintain contact with customers, training partners, and advisory groups to ensure that training needs are being met and verify that marketing strategies are effective
In consultation with supervisor, create program budget establish revenue targets for program
Plan and coordinate details of each seminar and training program including:
Implement procedures to maintain quality of programs
Communicate with instructors regarding class assignments, student issues and other issues that arise
Develop schedule of course offerings
