Required Skills
5-7 years of solid hands-on experience using Core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ, Microservice architecture .
Hands on experience with SQL, DB2/Sybase , including modelling and performance tuning.
Proficiency in Shell/Unix, Perl/python is required.
Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation.
Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels
Desired skills
Knowledge of Banking or Financial industry project experience is valuable.
Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development is plus
