Qualifications:
Java Developer with 6-8 years of experience. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. Strong in Core Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems Nice to have functional programming & streaming programming knowledge. Proficient in Spring. Experience in caching frameworks will be a plus. Familiar with various design and architectural patterns. Skill for writing reusable Java libraries. Good Knowledge of concurrency patterns & multithreading in Java. Familiarity with concepts of Domain Design, JDBC, and RESTful APIs. Experience with databases and SQL Development. NoSQL experience would be a plus. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Basic Unix OS and scripting knowledge. Familiarity with cloud and container technologies will be a plus. Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot and agentic AI tools with a human-in-loop approach. Experience in programming/debugging used in business applications. Working knowledge of industry practice and standards. Comprehensive knowledge of specific business area for application development. Working knowledge of program languages. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
