Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a crystallization engineer to own the design and optimization of crystallization processes across small molecules and peptides. You will work with chemists, analysts, formulation and process engineers to deliver robust, scalable APIs for clinical materials.
You will apply cGMP/ICH principles, lead technology transfer to pilots and CMOs, mentor junior staff, publish and present findings, and contribute to regulatory filings.
