CSS Program Manager
Consumer Services & Solutions (CSS) is responsible for several online consumer subscription businesses: Instant Ink, Instant Paper, All-In-Plan. CSS moves at a very fast pace to deliver innovation and continuous improvement cycles in order to improve customer experience and meet aggressive business performance goals. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end development and launch of new/updated experiences by closely engaging with a broad set of cross-functional partners to remove roadblocks, align priorities, and collaborate on improvements. Additionally, the role drives closed-loop analysis efforts, streamlines processes, and identifies opportunities to enhance efficiencies.
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and external agencies in developing and executing GTM plans and budgets that align with business objectives and opportunities. The role oversees the development and communication of closed-loop post-analyses for marketing programs, and executes messaging and customer segmentation strategies to enhance engagement. Additionally, the role includes tracking and reporting on program performance, collaborating with the sales team on training materials, overseeing marketing operations activities, and applying advanced subject matter knowledge to lead complex projects and resolve business issues.

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
