Role: Custom Software Engineer (Angular & DevSecOps)

the client is specifically looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in DevSecOps, Golang, and Angular.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role sits within the Communications, Media & Technology (CM&T) practice under Application Managed Services. The project focus involves implementing advanced DevSecOps engineering frameworks and front-end capabilities for application components, specifically optimizing and managing security integrations. The core mission includes aligning software assets with updated security compliance models while systematically modernizing infrastructure dependencies.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and maintain front-end application features utilizing advanced Angular frameworks.
Implement DevSecOps practices and automation pipelines for Trellix security technologies to align with the current MTD support model.
Facilitate the architectural decommissioning of existing legacy Trellix-based services within the cloud environment.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient backend services and integration components using the Go programming language.
Collaborate closely with cloud infrastructure teams to manage system dependencies and configurations within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Participate in engineering lifecycle workflows, including code reviews, troubleshooting system vulnerabilities, and optimizing application delivery pipelines.
TOP 3 REQUIRED SKILLS
Angular (Advanced level framework development): 5+ years (4 6 years minimum required)
DevSecOps methodologies (Security integration and automated deployment engineering): 5+ years
Go Programming Language (Backend microservices and integration patterns): 5+ years

Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
