Custom Software Engineer -Java Full Stack Development

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.- Strong knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.- Familiarity with application design patterns and software development methodologies.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.- Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
