POSITION OVERVIEW
- We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our Software Engineering team supporting a global home appliance manufacturing and marketing client. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance custom software solutions tailored to evolving business needs using modern frameworks and Agile practices.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and components across systems and applications.
- Drive the implementation of scalable, high-performing backend applications utilizing CakePHP.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective, scalable architectural and design solutions.
- Support and guide team members by sharing technical expertise and contributing to team decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to elevate code quality and system performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS
