Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Measurement, Optical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Hands‑on experience with Metrology / CD‑SEM / DR‑SEM equipment or similar semiconductor inspection systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent ability to read and understand electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and system documentation, with solid knowledge of failure analysis techniques.
- Strong team player capable of working independently under challenging schedules in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively under high‑pressure fab environments.
- Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, results‑oriented problem solver with strong technical capabilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for domestic and overseas business assignments.
- Good verbal and written Japanese communication skills.
Qualifications

-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Optical Engineering; electrical/electronic engineering; mechatronic/electromechanical engineering, Instruments Measurement.
-Basic C/C++, Perl or Java programming skills
-Possess excellent schematic interpretation skills & well technical knowledge on failure analysis techniques.
-Willingness to acquire new product knowledge in the field of ATE(Automatic Test Equipment).
-Excellent team player who is able to work independently within challenging schedule in a varied environment.
-Good communication skill
-Good verbal and written English skill, Japanese Language is preferred
