We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cyber Security Program Manager to drive the delivery of a global Cyber program across the APAC region. In this strategic role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to implement a portfolio of cyber security projects, ensuring alignment with global PMO standards and regional business priorities.
We are looking for a professional with a solid background in Program/Project management within IT security—ideally in an MNC environment—who possesses excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex, multi-market dynamics.
Manage the global Cyber program for APAC for a portfolio of projects:
Manage the life cycle of the projects in their different phases in coordination of global PMO.
Relay global updates, risks and priorities during each phase of the projects.
Coordinate the different dedicated resources of the projects and other contributors for the execution of the tasks on time and within budget.
Contribution to the global steering activities of the projects, gather regional updates and risks from different regional or local stakeholders.
Regularly prepare and present strategic updates to APAC management committees .
Manage the resources /financial planning relocated to the projects.
Partner with APAC and local territories lead to identify KPI gaps, propose enhancements and track improvement initiatives.
Support department activities and initiatives e.g. budget, tools roll out.
Proven track record of managing multi-region cyber security programs with diverse stakeholders, combined with strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations and governance.
Knowledge of AI in cyber securities projects is an advantage
Bachelor degree in computer science, business or related field, master a plus.
More than 8 years of exp in delivering securities focused projects in MNC (banking, consulting or technology) PMP cert. CISSP, CISM or CISA a plus.
