AI solution development: Design, build, and deploy secure and transparent AI applications for the platform, including knowledge bases, interactive dashboards, and recommendation systems.
System integration: Facilitate seamless integration of AI applications with existing e-learning architecture, ensuring compatibility and performance.
Data engineering: Manage structured and unstructured data pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with confidentiality protocols.
Application support: Provide IT support, troubleshoot applications, and resolve technical issues under the supervision of the Statistician.
Risk management: Identify and elevate potential issues related to data security, compliance, vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.
Continuous improvement: Enhance system capabilities, stay updated on AI methodologies, and apply best practices to improve the platform’s performance.
Collaboration: Work with knowledge management and collaborative tools to support cross-functional teams and ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification IT experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role and comparable capacity.
Technical proficiency: Strong skills in Python for AI/ML development, web programming, SQL/My SQL/Postgre SQL, and structured data query tools.
AI orchestration tools: Exposure to platforms such as Dify, n8n, Lang Chain, Llama Index, and familiarity with RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs, and AI agents.
Dashboard development: Experience with data-driven dashboards and chat interfaces using Streamlit or Dash.
Deployment tools: Proficiency in deploying applications with Docker and Git version control.
Data science libraries: Hands-on experience with Num Py, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Keras.
Cloud services: Knowledge of cloud services provided by the Digital Policy Office (e.g., GCIS, DCI) is an advantage.
Security awareness: Ability to enforce data confidentiality protocols and address ethical, legal, and compliance risks.
Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and application issues effectively.
