Data Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior)
Role Description
Support data-driven decision-making by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various business and operational sources.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with meaningful insights into performance, trends, and key metrics.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
Identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement through quantitative analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, performance monitoring, process optimization, and strategic initiatives while delivering actionable recommendations that enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and data visualization software.
Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, and statistical methodologies is advantageous.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of business intelligence, reporting frameworks, data governance, and performance measurement practices is a plus.
