Objective of the Position:
To support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing data infrastructure, delivering high-quality insights, and leveraging modern analytical and AI techniques to improve efficiency and business outcomes
What You'll Do:
1) Data Management, Data Warehouse & Infrastructure
Maintain and optimize existing data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and scalability
Develop and enhance databases, data collection systems, and data pipelines to improve operational efficiency and data quality
Manage and optimize ETL/ELT processes for structured and scalable data integration
Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring reliable data availability for business users
2) Reporting & Business Support
Provide standardized reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
Handle ad hoc data requests effectively, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Translate business requirements into actionable data insights and reporting solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
3) Data Analysis & Projects
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
Support and execute analytical projects, including working with simulated or test datasets for validation and experimentation
Apply statistical methods and analytical frameworks to solve business problems
4) AI & Advanced Analytics
Explore and apply AI/ML techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, classification) to enhance analysis and automation
Collaborate on initiatives involving data science, automation, or intelligent reporting
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Python libraries or Copilot-type tools) to improve productivity and insight generation
What You Have:
1) Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science or related field
2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
2) Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL and relational database management (e.g., Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience in designing and implementing data warehouse solutions (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, AWS Quick)
Experience with programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and data analysis
Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline development
3) AI & Advanced Analytics
Experience using AI tools to enhance analytics, automation, and reporting workflows
4) Soft Skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users
Detail-oriented with strong data quality awareness
5) Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large-scale datasets or data warehousing solutions
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS)
Experience in e-commerce, inventory, or operations analytics is a plus
