An established organisation in Lynnwood is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to take full ownership of data integrity, workflow monitoring, and controlled data movement across multiple operational systems.
This role carries real accountability : ensuring reliable data flow, preventing data loss, identifying risks, and implementing practical solutions that support business continuity and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will analyse workflow reports, highlight shortfalls, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive corrective actions to maintain stable, accurate, and compliant data processes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Data Flow Monitoring — Monitor end‑to‑end data movement across operational systems Data Integrity — Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency Workflow Analysis — Analyse workflow reports and identify shortfalls within defined parameters Risk Identification — Proactively identify risks and elevate issues before they impact operations Data Governance — Ensure adherence to internal data governance standards SQL & Pipeline Management — Manage SQL‑based data pipelines and troubleshoot flow interruptions BI Reporting — Build and maintain management reports using Power BI or Tableau Shortfall & Root‑Cause Analysis — Conduct RCA on data gaps, workflow failures, and system discrepancies Stakeholder Coordination — Liaise with operations, IT, and management to resolve data issues ERP/CRM Systems — Monitor and coordinate data movement across ERP/CRM platforms Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Advanced SQL — Proven ability to work with complex queries and data pipelines Experience with Power BI or Tableau Strong workflow and data‑process analysis ability Experience with ERP/CRM systems 3–5 years’ experience in a data‑focused role (Data Analyst, Data Integrity Specialist, BI Analyst, etc.) Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis capability Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills High attention to detail and accountability What We Offer R50,000 CTC per month (negotiable) Advanced role with real accountability Exposure across multiple business areas Professional, dynamic environment Growth and development opportunities Meaningful impact on business outcomes Role FocusThis role is centred on the reliable, controlled flow of data through operational systems.
