Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Data Analysts who can transform large-scale data into actionable business insights, influence, strategy and partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science teams. The role involves solving complex marketplace, growth, operations, and customer experience problems using data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
2. Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business and product performance.
3. Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
4. Conduct deep-dive analyses and provide recommendations to leadership.
5. Partner with Product leads, Operations, Supply and Marketing
6. Develop analytical frameworks for measuring business impact and experimentation.
7. Perform A/B test analysis and statistical evaluations.
8. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
9. Present findings and influence strategic decisions using data storytelling.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
2. 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or related roles.
3. Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization).
4. Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
6. Strong statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing and experiment design.
7. Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data environments.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in marketplace, mobility, logistics, e-commerce, or technology companies.
2. Knowledge of experimentation frameworks and causal inference.
3. Exposure to machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
4. Experience with big data technologies such as Hive, Spark, Hadoop, or Presto.
5. Proven ability to influence business strategy through analytics.

Technical Skills: Must Have *

SQL, Python, Tableau / Looker / Power BI, Excel, Statistics, & Data Modeling
