- Position: Data Analyst / BI or related technical role
- Location: 100% Onsite in Palo Alto, CA preferred; open to Fremont, CA for East Bay candidates (must travel between sites as needed)
- Experience Required: 0 3 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar technical roles
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Key Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation
- Comfort using AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) in daily work
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong attention to detail; able to work with incomplete/multi-source data
- Exposure to API integrations (e.g., Microsoft Graph API)
- Familiarity with low-code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
- Experience managing SharePoint site structures, document libraries, and metadata/tag-based automation
- Experience with project/engineering management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Procore)
- Basic understanding of data modeling or data warehousing concepts
- Other Requirements:
- Must have a LinkedIn profile for submission
- 3-round interview process (Phone, Video, Face-to-Face)
- Anticipated start in 3 5 weeks
- No background check or drug screen required
- Locals preferred due to onsite requirements
